Post Cant arrange garden?
Has anyone else lost the ability to rearrange their patch? My option is missing in action!

Hi. I have the same problem with the ability to arrange the patch not available. I came across this forum looking for anyone else having a similar problem.

I hope that they get this fixed. It's nice to be able to group the different plants together....just like in a real garden.

Yeah, I haven't been able to arrange all weekend and today. I really hope this gets fixed. :-) Thanks!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who can't arrange their patch. This may sound strange to some, but I look forward to doing this. I love gardening and I have a bit of OCD. Cleaning and organizing things is therapy for me. I hope this issue is fixed soon!

At first I lost my plants. Then LGP offered me my patch as it was when I lost it (without the about 200 plants I had achieved during two weeks). I started rearranging my patch, and last Saturday it was all gone - again! Even the arrange button as disappeared! I don't have time for these 'funny games' of yours.

I think the developers should spend 100 % of their effort and concentration on existing customers as would be 'normal' for a successful 'company'. I ask the developers a simple question (quote from the Clash):

'Should I stay or should I go?'

My "arrange patch" button has been missing since yesterday. What I want to know is: are the developers aware of the problem? What is being done to fix it?

Arrange patch button is there, and I can arrange the patch, but it won't save it. What's going on with this application?!?! First I couldn't, and still can't sell plants, now I can't re-arrange them???? Please fix these problems soon.

Post Re: Cant arrange garden?
I posted this in the general area of Facebook. I surmise it will help those on the other sites to be able to arrange plants again. Am copy/pasting for you...

I am a big Firefox person. I could not arrange my patch. I cleared all cookies, etc, thinking that was the problem. I accepted all cookies from Facebook, while I went to the garden and tried to arrange. Nothing worked.

My daughter has no problem. She also uses Internet Explorer. So, I went through IE long enough to see if it would work. It did!

So, for whatever reason, those using Firefox are not going to be able to arrange their patches. There is NO cookie to accept to save the patch. I don't know why it won't work. If the developers are reading this, maybe they can look into it.

Anyway, there ya go folks. Use IE for now, long enough to arrange your patch, sign out, clear the cookies, go back to Firefox.
